Firearms Transfer Fees
A single transfer item: $35.00 (add on item: $10.00 ea.)

Transfers are by reservation only we will call you once your item arrives to schedule the pick up. Please be sure to bring your state issued ID and CCW (if applicable). Please note that a US passport is not a sufficient form of ID for a firearms transaction.
How it works
18 U.S.C. 922(t) requires that prior to the transferring of any firearm to an unlicensed person, a licensed importer, manufacturer, the dealer (Arcadian Arms Co) must first contact the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). NICS will advise us whether the system finds any information that the purchaser is prohibited by law from possessing or receiving a firearm.
- If NICS provides a “proceed” response, the transaction may proceed.
-If NICS provides a “denied” or “cancelled” response, Arcadian Arms Co is prohibited from transferring the firearm to the transferee/buyer.
-If NICS provides a “delayed" response, Arcadian Arms Co is prohibited from transferring the firearm unless 3 business days have elapsed and, before the transfer, NICS or the State has not advised Arcadian Arms Co that the transferee’s/buyer’s receipt or possession of firearm would be in violation of law.
